First of all, sorry if my english isn't perfect. I'm still learning.
I know a lot of people will find this stamp either rude or insulting. But enough is enough! I mean, how many people claim they are mangakas and don't even know how to draw humans properly? I am no big deal when it comes to drawing humans, but I'm not saying to the whole world that I am a mangaka, or that I plan to become one. Please, either practice or give up the idea. If mangas would be made of shitty characters all supah-strong, all "kawaii" and all perfect, they'd be annoying as hell, and wouldn't get that much of attention (or they'd get plenty of trolls, haters and such). Having your own style is okay (and recommended) but drawing like shit and claiming that "this is your own style" isn't the point. PRACTICE. Improve. Learn for your dreams, aim for your goals, but don't claim that "I AM A MANGAKA, MY CHARACTERS ARE EPIC, THEY'D DEFEAT YOURS IN NO TIME, DESU!" ...
I am NOT saying that:
• It's not okay to try, and to be proud of yourself.
• It's not okay to be a beginner. I am one myself, guys.
• You won't be a mangaka EVER.
• You suck.
• Anime style/mangas sucks.
• It's not okay to dream of being a mangaka.
• It's not okay to draw cute characters or to have strong characters.
• It's not okay to love mangas/anime, strong or cute characters.
• It isn't okay to have dreams, to like anime and so on.
So PLEASE. Don't Sue me. Or do it, like I care. That is my very opinion, and I won't back off because you disagree.
